I wish I could give you a negative star rating. The car wash says it has a 90 inch clearance but what they don't tell you is that if your car is OVER 60 inches they have to set the machine to a special setting and it doesn't wash the hood or front of your car. When you ask for a refund they claim that they told you before you went through. I doubt I wanted to pay $14 for only part of my car to be washed. Shame on you fast5xpress. Worst experience ever. So here I am $14 less and still a dirty car.
I love this place. I'm glad I can get my car washed in a short amount of time. I opted for the monthly pass and do not regret it. Love the free vacuums and air pressure nozzles for those hard to reach crevices in the car. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We love this car wash, sent my son and daughter n law It spoils us in this weather, to hot to wash it our selves. It does a great wash and dry. ★☆★☆★
No stars today for fast 5 I washed my car there and my car left worse then when I got there. I showed the manager and he had me run it through again. No diffrence. He had the nerve to tell me he would let me go again for free. I HAVE A GOLD MEMBERSHIP. They did nothing for me or my car. I'm canceling my membership.
