I have been training with Chip and Victoria for little over a year now and I love the personal training you get every day! I left for about 3 months but came back because of the variety of the workouts. You are always doing something different every time you come in and you never get bored. I highly recommend Fast 3.0 to anyone struggling to work out on their own. It's been a great program with great trainers!! You gotta check it out!!
Supportive, nonjudgmental environment. Love the different exercises and motivation that is provided. It's like having a personal trainer at every visit! Love this place already!

I love the workouts and the fact that I work with trainers every time I go. I love that I can go in and start right away no matter how many people are there. The support and camaraderie is awesome. So glad I found this place.
