Fassbinder Construction, Inc. totally disagrees with Terry Kaul in this post. Fassbinder Construction, Inc. has an impeccable reputation in building new homes in the Lake County area, they have built hundreds of homes in the in the past 25 years. We recently purchased a home built by Fassbinder in 2000. I don't know the original cost, but it was listed for over $1,000,000 when we purchased it. Dealing with poor quality workmanship and contractor-grade equipment and fixtures has cost us several hundred thousand dollars. And now we are getting quotes to replace rotted windows (they used Lincoln windows that are only 12 years old).
