Very disappointing experience. Probably one of the worst printing experiences I’ve had. The lady working there was extremely slow, unprofessional, and honestly seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. I showed her exactly what I was trying to print, but she never even asked what type of paper I wanted and just used the most basic plain white copy paper. I would not recommend this place. I needed only 8 pages printed, but they charged me $10 because adjusting the PDF dimensions supposedly counted as “extra work.” This additional charge was not clearly explained beforehand. Even worse, the job was not finished—I was handed the full sheets and had to cut every print myself. If I am paying extra for preparation, I expect the work to be completed properly. Poor communication and not worth the price.

Unreliable. There is a lack of communication between the two offices, and the offices with their clients. The first batch of cards that I had printed came out nice, but the second time they came out a little too dark (but I took them, anyway). But by the third time I got them they were unusable, and any inquiries I made to get them corrected went unanswered.
