Nice employees
I didn't go and measure my support poles for my cover, so needless to say, I ordered the wrong size! I pondered what to do for a couple of days. Called and got a Great customer service rep!! I told her my dilemma and she was happy to help get them replaced. She said "no problem" and continued to tell me how to return and that she was sending the correct size!! That was THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have encountered!
