I have been to see her many times over the last 4 years for lower back pain, neck pain and pelvic misalignment and her treatments are gentle and highly effective. She also helped me with exercises to do at home which significantly helped with a chronic knee issue I have had for 20 years. I have seen many chiropractors in my life and none of them have been as effective or thoughtful in their practice.
Shayna worked with me while I was pregnant. It was so lovely to be treated with such gentle care! My visits with her contributed to my simple birth! She is knowledgeable and has helped cure so much of my back and neck pain!
