They do not understand English well. But they sure do cut hair well. Point to the pictures on the wall/use numbers to describe length, in centimeters, and you won't be disappointed. Venmo/Zelle only.

Starting this off with the fact that I have been here 4 times in total just for the sake of convenience as it is right beside my apartment. It is a family business run by a chinese couple. They can barely understand english so you will definitely not get what you asked for so I assume if you can converse with them fluently you might get what you want.
