terrible experience, Before the service, I was told this color and result were achievable, it may not be same as the photo but it is similar . However, after the service, the final color and the overall evenness looked completely different from what I asked for. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they kept making excuses and blaming my hair or saying it was “supposed to look different.” Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this salon.

I went in with a blunt, shoulder-length haircut and repeatedly emphasized that I did not want it cut shorter—just a small trim on the ends. The owner said she understood, but with the very first cut, she took off about 3–4 cm. By the end, my hair was so short and rounded that it looked like a mushroom cut. Some of the hair at the back of my head is only a few cm long. Would take at least 3 months for my hair to grow back to its previous length.
