Extremely rude owner or whoever she was. She looked down on me like I was below her, and all the sizes there are for very petite women. I have curves and I’m not an extra small.
This store was excellent, the customer service was on point! The sales rep even played with our baby while we tried on dresses. Everything is reasonably priced as well! Right down the way in the mall there is a dress store called Sylvias. Please go here instead of going there for dresses. We are trying to save everyone we can from the hellish customer service experience we had at Sylvia's.
Awesome dresses and excellent staff
I had a wonderful experience here. All the other places I had gone while prom dress shopping were rude and barely helped me, but the employee working the day I came in here was so kind and helpful. It was so meaningful because I have never bought a dress like that before, I had no experience and I’m a rather quiet person so I had no idea where to start.
