I had a scalp head spa at Fashion Point Spa and it was incredible! My hair has never felt cleaner or lighter. They did a thorough scalp scrub and gave me an amazing scalp and shoulder massage — it was so relaxing from start to finish. Afterward, they dried my hair with a hydrating mist and oil that made it smell absolutely amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back for this service again and to try out their other treatments. Highly recommend!

This was my first facial ever and WOW — it was AMAZING 🤩 10/10 relaxing from start to finish. I’ve vist the Boston locations a few other times for the scalp treatment which has turned me into a returning customer 100%. This spa is like every girls treat yourself holy grail. Fantastic spot that is super worth visiting if you're in the area! I went with my mom to get scalp massages and they were amaaazing, everyone is super kind and talented with their hands. I was so relaxed I could sleep! The space is very clean and soothing, with gentle instrumental music in the background. 10/10 I am already planning my next visit!
I was really disappointed with my experience here for a Korean head spa. The water was cold, which immediately made the treatment uncomfortable. The woman giving the massage had very rough, prune-like hands that actually hurt my face rather than relaxing it, and the overall experience didn’t feel hygienic. The products used seemed cheap, especially for the price, and it honestly felt like a rip-off. I left feeling unsatisfied and wouldn’t return
