I don’t live in Kalamazoo anymore, but I needed a fill until I can get back to my nail lady. This had amazing reviews so I gave this place a shot. I had an appt at 10 for a fill and my daughter to get a pedi. I ended up changing my mind on shape so decided for a soak off. Regardless of if I went with a soak off or not, there wasn’t anybody who would’ve been able to take me at my scheduled 10 appointment. They didn’t start on my nails until 1130. I’ve gone to multiple salons and not found one that I like and feel the quality for the price matched till this one today! The pedicure was amazing and I was impressed with her attention to detail and not making me feel rushed, it was very relaxing. The dip powder on my nails was also done very well, even, and not too thick. The tech doing my nails took her time and didn’t skip steps like I’ve seen other salons do. I will definitely be coming back!
