The absolute worst place ever! I go in for a basic pedicure and didn't receive the full service (no pumice scrub, lotion, nor hot towels) they had the nerve to attempt to charge me $90. I then inquired what came on the basic pedicure and confirmed that everything was not done. She then attempted to charge me $53 and yet again I had to remind her you did not complete the full service I literally got my feet soaked for 3 min in water and all she did was polish my toes. I got my nails painted and paid extra for the gel polish so that it would last and in less than a week multiple nails had chipped an one had completely come off. I came back and they redid them and again in less than a week my nails were chipped and now are stripped and hurting because of them popping off for no reason. I wish I had just asked for a refund because it was horrible. I am new to San Antonio and I came here twice and Lucy did a great job..BUT..with that said my 3rd visit I came in before just before Thanksgiving required a repair on 3 of my nails as they had cracked. They were beautiful UNTIL the same 3 nails cracked again.. at that point I knew he had filed my nails way too thin. After removing the acrylic OVERYLAY I had..
