Coming here a few times clean everyone is friendly and Winnie is my girl I go to and she does everything the way you want it
Done with this place. When you make an appointment online, you can pick up a particular person but when you go, that’s never who you get. They just assign who is available. Most of the time that hasn’t been a big deal and I’ve gotten a quality pedicure but today I got someone that was clearly new based on the amount of questions she was asking the other people and the paint job on my gel pedicure is not good. Had a manicure done and had to come home to file my nails evenly, and get all the left over cuticle that wasn't clipped. I asked for no polish so I figured it would be an easy service. The service consisted of Luke warm water, my cuticles pushed back with no product (just the water), my nails filed unevenly, and my cuticles barely clipped. Would give zero stars if I could.
The environment appears clean and all. I mentioned it to the person doing my nails that last time my nails were really slanted and I didn’t want them to do that again and I got a really confused response back. They clipped my nail all the way down to the bed then at the end my nails are literally pointing straight up/back away from my finger. Overall probably will not return.
Really disappointed. I made an appointment with Nina but when I walked in no one checked my appointment and I didn’t get Nina. I was called over to someone I assumed was Nina because it was my first time there. I asked for a square medium set and I knew things were going downhill when she cut my nails into a coffin shape.
