The owner rushed my girlfriend’s nail and skipped so many steps didnt even buff her nails! She will not be going back there
I stopped in here for the first time and now I know why i never been there. This place is lacking cleanliness! Not even sure how they are open. She acted like she was going to take care of me and do a good job since I said it was my first time. I was wrong she cut my hands all up and left my nails bumpy. She rushed and did an awful job. Terrible customer service. She was so pushy about me picking a color. Geeez. This place needs a few deep cleans I will NOT be back! Definitely don’t recommend this place. They were able to get us in but then no one worked on my friend so she ended up having to leave with just her last dips taken off. The technician knew what she was doing but we won’t be back due to the lack of cleanliness. The place was dirty and the supplies were just strewn about so sanitation did not look like a top priority. If they cleaned the shop, it would definitely be more comfortable for the clients.
