Usually I’ve had good experiences with this place but I had gotten a full set and after my friend and I had been waiting for close to half an hour staff were incredibly rude and rushed us. I was cut on nearly each of my fingers leaving me in pain and with crooked nails. Paid $95 for a manicure + pedicure. Most of the gel nail polish has fallen off within three days and the service was also unprofessional with excessive wait times. I’ve been going here consistently for two years but after the last few visits, I won’t be returning

Less than 2 weeks after paying $130 my nails are snapping off. Second time this has happened and they charge me to get them fixed. Also the gel polish is peeling off my toes.
