Don’t waste your money here. The stations are extremely dirty and unkempt, when you walk in and sit at a table there’s nail dust everywhere. None of the equipment is clean, and the nail files are often dull. Towards the end of my acrylic nail service the mistakes they made with sizing my nail size was evident. They tried to cover that up by filing my real nail that was peaking at the sides, down to match the acrylic which was very painful. This place is depressing. If you are looking to be pampered - this place ain’t the place!!! Staff seem miserable and don’t show any care or interest in you. Ladies come for pedicures and manicures as a treat. This was a horrible experience. Removed my shellac by sanding it off dry, then filed my nails dry. My feet were put in the water so briefly you could not call it a “spa” treatment. Poor attempt at exfoliating of heels, which had no time to soften from soaking . I don’t know why these reviews are so low! These ladies are fantastic. I got a full spa pedicure with gel and manicure with normal colour and they did amazing!! Also so affordable for all of that. Thank you ladies!!

They cheated on me twice already, the first one around September but that was forgivable for I liked the service, charging $100 instead of $85 but the receipt says a tip of $10 without my consent, I did not know what was the $5 for. Today I showed a voucher worth $50, the crew was hesitant but the guy, could be the owner said yes it is acceptable.
