I asked for my grand daughter’s nails to be coloured which price is $10. I said to lady at the front we just want the $10 nails and told my grand daughter to go choose her colours, this lady walks her in to the work area with out any nail polish so I said out loud again to the women $10 nails. When complete I pay with card and was charged $30 I questioned it but it wasn’t the same women I dealt with that took my girl in. Bloody rip offs if you don’t know English don’t bother trying to work with the public. Rip offs
1 Star — Absolutely terrible experience. I have never experienced such rude and disrespectful customer service. I clearly told the staff member NOT to cut my entire nail, but she completely ignored what I asked and cut it anyway. When I questioned her about it, instead of apologising, she started yelling at me. The attitude of the staff was absolutely unacceptable. No manners, no professionalism, and no respect for customers. The nail staff were unprofessional and did not provide a satisfactory level of service. Their attitude and customer service could be significantly improved.
Honestly one of the most disappointing services I have experienced. I’m a nail tech myself. And I must say the initial overlay absolutely perfect no bleeding over the edges at all. Until I commented about the nails being uneven and the overlay thickness being too thin for my liking. At which point the staff member literally smother my entire nail, bed and cuticle in acrylic. Avoid this nail salon at all costs. I went in on Friday for a refill and pedicure, expecting a relaxing experience, and it was anything but. I was cut during the service, everything felt rushed, and the overall work was extremely unprofessional. Within one day, my nails started breaking and the gel was already peeling. I had to go back on Sunday to have them repaired.
