Me and my partner had an amazing experience! Very well priced and we loved our result.
I would give negative stars if I could. I booked the manicure and pedicure package, expecting a relaxing experience, but it was the complete opposite. During the manicure, my nails were cut so aggressively that several fingers were left bleeding. My nails were so sore afterwards that they hurt for days. Such a horrible experience will not waste my money here again! She ran the water way too hot and told me to put my foot in which I refused and then she pushed it in the water! I never got my legs or feet actually rubbed with cream. And she kept digging down the side of my nails. She spoke not one word to me the whole time Very rude and the most worst experience getting my feet done. Don’t waste your money here. The stations are extremely dirty and unkempt, when you walk in and sit at a table there’s nail dust everywhere. None of the equipment is clean, and the nail files are often dull. Towards the end of my acrylic nail service the mistakes they made with sizing my nail size was evident. They tried to cover that up by filing my real nail that was peaking at the sides, down to match the acrylic which was very painful.
