Absolute disgrace for $150 walked in with my partner and we were so rudely greeted ! Rushed and just dam right rude ! The young Asian girl there started arguing with me when I told her she hadn’t painted my nail correctly …. Look at the state of this ! Avoid avoid avoid absolute disgrace how you are even open is beyond me the 2.0 reviews says it all tbh !!!
Paid $80 for short/medium square French tip acrylics yesterday and the nails are already lifting, lumpy acrylic, crooked nails, and very rushed. I have previously come here and had a great experience so came back but the price increases by 25% and I got the exact same nails as last time and they look terrible.
Waited 30minutes for my toenails to be painted. Started one foot and then walked away, came back 20mins later and did another foot. very unprofessional and rushed. The guy was just trying to keep everyone in the store but not enough staff
Usually I’ve had good experiences with this place but I had gotten a full set and after my friend and I had been waiting for close to half an hour staff were incredibly rude and rushed us. I was cut on nearly each of my fingers leaving me in pain and with crooked nails. After being cut I was obviously very tense and a bit shaky and was constantly told in a rude manner that I needed to relax even after I had blood pooling around my cuticle.
