The service is usually really good when the owner is in the store however, after my experience today I will not be returning. I asked for a pedicure, french tips. The white tips were painted on, practically covering half the nail and on top of that the tips are uneven and chipped, and i also have polish all over my toes (design was not cleaned up with acetone). I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Fashion Nails. The shellac polish was rushed from the start, and unsurprisingly, it started chipping and peeling within just four days – which is not what you expect after paying for a proper manicure. It felt like the focus was more on getting through as many customers as possible than providing quality service. I got a service done there today and I felt very uncomfortable for asking a question and did make me bleed a few times.. I do appreciate what they had done for me but I will never go back there or recommend them to anyone
Decent customer service but terrible quality nails. I paid $80 for a set of gel extensions and one broke off after only a week. Multiple others are also breaking after a few more days. The polish is not even or uniform, and there are bubbles. Wouldn’t recommend
They have no idea what they’re doing. I just wanted to get 1 of my acrylic nails fixed after it broke. It took half an hour because in the middle of starting my lady left me to do someone else (when finishing my nail would have taken 5 minutes more). So instead I was stuck waiting with no communication or reason. Then when my nail was finally drying, some other lady took the UV lamp and walked away before it was even finished??
