Told me to wait 30 minutes at 12.30 I came back and then was told at 1.15 there was still 4 people Infront of me and to wait longer. worst service. Wouldn't reccommend.
The absolute worst job I’ve ever had done on my nails ever, and the lady was aggressively rough with my hand and wouldn’t let go when I was showing her that one of the nails was very crooked
Went for a spa pedicure and it was done in 10 min. No care taken. Just rushed through. When asked to remove the deadskin on heels, told it’s dry skin and left at it. Had to go home and do it myself with a pumice stone. Not going back. Not worth the $55 spent
I regret not looking at reviews as I had a quite unpleasant experience at this particular salon. I spent $55 on a pedicure in which the lady who was doing it was on her phone the whole time!! I saw her looking at her bank, messaging others and she even took two calls while during my pedicure. I felt as though no effort was put in and that my money would of been well spent elsewhere. I do not recommend.
Today I had unpleasant experience. Yesterday I went to get my nails done because my nails were broken and needed replacing or repairing, and I also wanted a refill. I explained the problem at least twice – that I wanted the broken nail replaced because I was worried it would break again – but she said she would check if it could be fixed. I asked again if she was sure it didn't need replacing, but in the end, it wasn't replaced, just a refill. About an hour later i get home, my nail broken again.
