I have been going there since it opened as a walk in. That last time I went was about 4 months ago and I had a horrible nail tech. She was inexperienced and rough. She kept pressing her nail into my toe while do ing the pedicure and she was doing a poor job with the manicure too. She was using cheap nail files that made my nails ragged and hard to form the simple shape that I wanted. . I only get regular pedicure and sometimes a manicure. The staff is professional, helpful and friendly. The service is excellent with fair prices. You are never rushed and I like talking to the ladies. The location is great with plenty of parking despite having Shoprite very close.

Been coming here on and off since they first opened and really never had a bad experience. But recently I go in for a regular French pedicure (that I ALWAYS get) and I'm told they can only do French in gel. What kind of nail salon can't do a regular French pedicure???? Literally so appalled, I can't even process that answer. Sounds money hungry to me.

My daughter went in with my mom yesterday for a pedicure and my daughter came back very upset crying stating they hurt her and they did a horrible job on it and when I saw it, I agree it is unacceptable.
