Horrible! I called yesterday to make an appointment for 2 mani/pedis at 3:15pm. We showed up a few minuets early only to get rushed to pick out a color and then have a seat in the chair while only one person was available. My friend that went with me sat there for 40 mins with her feet soaking before someone came over to her. The man that performed my service cut me very badly. He cut me with the nail nipper, jammed the cuticle pusher on my toes and was super rough with the filer, filing my skin instead of the nail. He did t... read more
I've been a walk in every time and had a minimal to no wait. The girls don't speak much English this is true, but I am not there for conversation. They are pleasant. I have them skip the calf massage, this is never a problem, and they usually spend more time on my cuticles, bonus. They are efficient and my toes and feet look wonderful for weeks after. The salon is clean. I always bring my own polish. Just incase I get a chip down the road, I self repair! This has been a very useful tip.
The woman who did my nails was wonderful! She took my ugly runners feet and made them beautiful! I walked in with no appointment on a Friday evening and they took care of me right away.
Last time had a bad experience with the bald guy doing my pedicure and wax! Im very disappointed because everyone else there is good but that bald guy is so rude, cut me, and didnt talk english.. Next time i go, go with someone else there. He was horrible not only that i didnt see his nail technician license but the others were hung up.
Don't go to this place. My wife had a wonderful experience a few weeks ago and wanted to repeat it. That didn't happen. The person doing her nails this time guided her to a separate cabinet of nail polish and neglected to tell her that application from those bottles was twice as much as the prior visit. If told ahead of time that's one thing, but, we both hate to be taken. Give this place a pass. We had heard bad things before and wanted to find out for ourselves, we did.
