Went in for a powder manicure and got placed with a woman named Selina. She seemed like she was new so I tried to cut her some slack on the fact that she was taking much longer than a usual manicure. Once she began trimming my cuticles it went all down hill from there. She was trimming each finger back so far that it began hurting me. I kindly asked her to stop trimming because it was hurting and she kept going to the point where she made two of my fingers bleed and the others very sore. My favorite place for a gel Pedi and powder mani!!!! Lisa is the best!!! And the massages are excellent!
Although some of the employees are very nice and they are clean. Please keep it mind that they are expensive . Also, please don't ask for a back massage because the guy that they have working for them doesn't know what he is doing. Last the manager and some of the workers are rude and very disrespectful.
Love them ! Emily does a great job they’re all super nice.
