I didn't even want to give this place a star at all! But I had to so I could post this!Worst salon ever! Terrible customer service! Owner is extremely unprofessional! There's a reason why there's only her working in the salon! She eats in front of clients and stops a service to answer the phone. She's really rude and doesn't greet new customers. Fashion Looks is an excellent salon serving the Alpharetta, GA area. Ilana, the owner and stylist is professional and highly knowledgeable about her craft. I would highly recommend this hair salon for anyone in the Alpharetta area seeking anything from a simple cut, to a major change, color or highlights. Though I haven't had a chance to try any of them yet, Fashion Looks also has keratin treatments, eyebrow services and caters to bridal parties
