Fashion Flooring is my go to vendor for all my flooring needs. They do quality work and have a great selection of options. I've worked with them for two years and we have never ran into any issues. I highly recommend Fashion Flooring!
Fashion Flooring did an excellent job! Mike came and measured and showed us samples. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Then the crew came to install a few days later, when it was convenient for us. They did a fine, detailed job and vacuumed and clean up everything. Excellent customer service, too, with regard to everyone we spoke with on the phone. We would highly recommend Fashion Flooring. Thanks so much!
Very unprofessional and poor customer service experience. Called to get an estimate for a quote for a stair runner to be put in on my wood stairs….company sent carpet samples. Then followed up with me to let me know the CEO said we shouldn’t have taken on this job. Basically thanks but no thanks. Spoke with Tony in sales to talk with them about this and he apologized that it should of been handled differently but still has poor customer service skills considering he is in sales…said “it’s our busy season and the job must of ... read more
Fashion Flooring removed carpet and tile from our commercial space and replaced with LVP. Great experience. They worked with our budget and gave just a few choices--which was great b/c it was not overwhelming. They were on time and quick. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations, but I am so happy with the process and results.
Very easy to work with, came and got a quote the next day. Carpet was done a few days later. The guy that came and did the carpet , could not have been nicer and more friendly. Highly recommend this company!
