I’m very disappointed with the service. I brought in two Alo Yoga trouser pants for hemming. Both were hemmed incorrectly and ended up way too short and right and left side is different length. Additionally, the navy pair was returned with visible dirt on it on the edge of pants. (By the way both of the pants were brand new with tag) I arrived to pick them up at 10am, as instructed, but the store was not even open yet.
