I scheduled a haircut here with Irma, after seeing great reviews. I showed up for my appointment and was told Irma was not in. They gave me another barber. I described what I wanted, the barber nodded, and began the cut. He did not do what i asked at all. I questioned him after it began, and then he revealed he didnt speak english. Every barber I interact with here is great! Irma is my usual barber I been seeing for years now. Very professional, efficient, and always makes sure I'm satisfied with my cut before I leave!
I made an impromptu trip to the bay area for work and was in desperate need of a grooming. The staff here warmly greeted me, provided me sincere hospitality, and gave me an incredible haircut. The barber who cut my hair and shaved my beard moved swiftly and dexterously. He was a master of his work. I left with one of the best haircuts and beard cuts I've ever had.
