Overrated and a mess to walk around, not enough escalators and elevators. I'll never go back.

This is my favorite mall. We lived here and 1989 the mall opened. Look forward to it whenever we come up from Florida .

Actually I go for the great food court and the amazing number of poke stops and Pokémon. It's an upscale mall, consequently lots of smart phones. Have a feeling that's what it is so populated with both.
Found what we were looking for, the staff at Macy's were very helpful (Dahlia) as were the Nordstrom ladies, (Lavern).. The food court was amazing and we spent our cash Cajun Grill..
