Very Good location,next to the metro and it's easy to find what I need.
I have always loved Pentagon City and I love the renovation. Ate at Charley's cheese steaks and it was delicious, especially the lemonades.

WiFi needs to be STRONGER and NOT DROP considering the amount of people maybe upgrade the to MESH Wifi instead !!
I could not find a directory in this mall at all. They used to be all over the place. There was a mall information stand in the food court previously, but I could not find that. I felt angry. Not a good experience.

For future, we want to let you know that our directories are located near entrances, we have one static directory on the First Level near Macy's, and hand held directories at Guest Services located on the First Level. Employees were rude. Every store we walked in there was no hospitality.
