My brother-in-law passed away and I wanted to send my sister-in-law flowers to cheer her up. Everyone opened at 9am and Bill opened at 7am, so I called him at 7:15am before I went to work at 7:30am. He was full of energy and he very helpful. He helped me write my card and created a beautiful bouquet. I highly recommend Fashion Buds and Blooms. Besides making my sister-in-laws day, he made me feel special. Thank you, Bill!
