Freddy was hired to fix several problems with our roof to pass inspection. They came recommended and we hired them for the work. They did not put the water and ice shield as requested and we failed inspection again even though our invoice shows we got charged for the water/ice shield. Freddie refused to come out and give us a refund for that work they did not do and wanted to charge us more to correct the problem.
