The company that I worked with had sent me sympathy flowers from this shop as my mom had passed. Just when you are on your lowest moment when I just had the worst customer service of my life. They choose a delivery window for their convenience and had me waiting half of the day until I had to call them. They put me on hold for sometime and eventually asked me to just wait for a callback.
