I am beyond impressed and ecstatic with my engagement ring from Fascinating Diamonds. I was nervous to order something so important online but the reviews were reassuring. Great experience with Raj, creating a stunning anniversary gift for my wife. Fabulous GIA certified stones. Raj was very responsive and easy to work with, including getting the ring resized no questions asked (even though I ordered the ring a few sizes too large). I like to think it’s because I’m discerning enough that I save it for the very best, although it’s maybe more likely that it takes a really good (or bad) experience for me to bother, however that still means it takes a lot to go out of my way to do so. I am in love with my new heart shaped diamond bracelet. It's exactly what I dreamed of! It's beautifully crafted and the stones are bright, with a lively brilliance. Raj was super helpful. He invited me to a video call to show me the bracelet. Knowing I could return it was comforting, but when it arrived I knew it was staying with me as it exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this jewelry store as it provides quality, competitively priced products, and excellent service.
