I called Fascia Focus and Akeem called me back pretty quick and gave me a same day booking. My lower back was so bad that I had trouble walking straight and could hardly stand up once I was sitting down. He worked on me really deep tissue for 1.5 hours and touched points on my neck and shoulders I didn't know existed. I came out of there a little sore, but walking straight and being able to sit and stand up again. The next day I was back to normal. Highly recommended.
