Appointment scheduled for 2:30 and was advised to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. Still sitting in the waiting room and its now 3:15pm. Have heard other patients being told they'll have time to complete their paperwork once they're called back. Tried to cancel my appointment this morning, as I had the same issue 15 years ago but thought it might have improved...I was WRONG!
I see negative input has been purged. I had a referral for a visit with the dermatologist. Never saw the doc. Only a MA then a nurse. When asked if I was going to see the doc I was told they were busy with other patients but would review the nurse report and that was as good as the doctor being here. They seemed dismissive of my occupational exposures and cancer rates with co-workers. The nurse didn't even look closely at my skin issues and prescribed a shampoo that did nothing. Dr's and treatment are great but I have to make my whole day around this Dr's office. I've been there 4 times and haven't spent less than 2 and a half hours for an appointment. Little ridiculous!
