I am Disturbed agitated I don't know the word I'm trying to say here but I feel as if I just got ripped off. I have my husband go to fas lube thinking its a professional business and going to do professional work on a radiator replacement. They replace the radiator in a timely manner but 2 weeks later my engine's overheating and I have no transmission fluid in my Jeep. Went up there to get a oil change this morning at 8 an was immediately shooed out th door by the older lady tht usually does them which was highly rude which I cld understand if ur tired but showing rudeness an acting like u don’t wanna do ur job is another story never had tht experience happen before when I went there
I loved the way I was treated as a person and not a number. Because of circumstances,I had to wait instead of dropping off my car. My wait was 3 hrs but it was a very pleasant 3 hrs. Inclusion....I wouldn't take my car any place else, and if you need proof...just call and make your appointment and go from there. I'll bet you will be pleased with your decision.
