Hace 8 meses agarré una refrigeración con ellos todo se miraba bien por el momento ya nomas les pagas y no te contestan me hicieron un parche y pintaron donde estaba el equipo viejo ya que el nuevo lo pusieron arriba hace dos días llovió muy fuerte y toda el agua se metió por el parche que hicieron tengo dos días tratando de comunicar y nomas no contestan si no quieren batallar busquen otro lado aquí dejo las fotos 🫡

Honestly, I had such a great experience with the company and the technician as I used them through American Home Shield and they really went over my microwave to fix an on going issue where it would trip the breaker when I would use it. They had good communication and the technician was nice and knowledgeable however when I asked for something showing what they replaced and the work they did like other companies AHS has sent, they had me sign an electronic doc and he said they would send me something. This company is absolutely awful. They do not stand behind their work nor is their work quality!! This company installed a condenser on my unit yesterday. After an hour and forty five minutes and ripping every panel off of it, he comes down and says that the units good but hands me his card and tells me to text him in the morning to let him know how it is doing.
