I called F.A.S. Appliance & Refrigeration LLC. for an appointment as part of my home warranty policy and was able to get an appointment the next day. Cesar was my assigned service technical. He was early to my emergency appointment, thank you. He was able to diagnose the problem with the A/C unit. There was a internal short on a terminal block and was able to replace the terminal block in short order that solved the problem all within an hour. The A/C unit is now working correctly.
