Since you care about your reputation like a good business should always do, you should invest time to train/coach your employees to let them know that if they plan to surcharge a customer beyond the advertised price, you should let them know upfront so that you do not surprise and disappoint them. Cut it way too short and charged me 50% more just because I have "a lot of hair" and didn't tell me that they were going to surcharge for my longer hair.
My son and I both are so o happy with our haircuts. Although very different styles, exactly what he wanted, exactly what I wanted. Farzana is so talented - great with curly hair, amazing adding texture like a wizard. Will be back!!
Farzana is a master colorist. With 30 + years of experience you are simply in the best of care with her. Trust that she can transform any hair. Hands down best colorist in the Bay Area.
