Payton was great… he was wonderful to work with!
David was on time, as promised. He was very thorough in his assessment and maintenance. He also double checked with us each time he needed access to specific areas because we have an active dog.
Payton, Jaime, Ryan and Luis were very professional. They came out and addressed my concerns quickly. They are respectful and funny! I heard them joking around with each other while they were working. It was a great experience having them install our new furnace and heat pump! Highly recommend this company!
I was extremely happy with all the different crews that came to our house. They were quick responding from start to finish. They were very polite and efficient with the installation. From Nate who came to evaluate and engineer the system. His honesty and knowledge made me feel very comfortable in hiring Farwest for our new system.
