This morning at around 8:10am the driver of a Farwest van with plate D03529G drove southbound on 1st st and took a left onto Lincoln without using a turn signal. They then drove around 35mph whenever they could, despite Lincoln being a 30mph zone. Most importantly, they went about 25mph through the active school zone next to Robertson Elementary.
