We have used Farwest for many years and we have NEVER had an issue with them. The guys that have worked on our units have always been professional and very friendly. They know what they are doing and are honest with you when there is a problem. The office staff is also easy to work with. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Farwest! Thank you Luis! 🤩
Justin was great! He walked me through everything and set it up to our preferences! They were able to get us scheduled the following day upon calling. From our heat going out on NYE to a quick maintenance service- we have had nothing but the best of luck with Farwest!
Juan is the man!!!👍😀😀
David did a great job. He was very thorough in checking our system to find what could be causing our issue. David was informative and I was able to understand what he was telling me. He made great recommendations on how we could take care of our HVAC better with a surge protector. I would not hesitate recommending David as a technician!
Very nice helpful, Knowledgeable young man. Satisfied with his good work today.
