Wish could give anything less than one if possible. At the time of renting my sisters place you readily said you will be there for everything. Now when the tenant is not paying up and not leaving the place you say you don’t know my sister?? If you are serving the community for over two decades, you must know to do a proper check on the tenants before handing them over to the landlords? You should intervene if the tenant you brought doesnt end up paying rent for months and not leaving the property. I would never recommend any... read more
Had a very bad experience, stuck me with a bad tenant who is not paying rent for months and then when I reached out to him to intervene was unwilling to provide any help. Worst mistake to work with him, did not do any due diligence towards the tenant was only interested in the brokerage. It is interesting how he claims to "not know" anyone who gives him a bad review.
