Every thing is super, from the front desk to the point that you meet the Doctor.
Dr Shafizadeh is an excellent Urologist, who has been treating me for several years. As for his NYP Urology Care Team, I can only rate them 1 star due to their inability to connect me with the doctor, for serious concerns I have regarding my health. I have placed such requests several times, over the last month. Therefore, my concerns, for which are urgent matters, have gone unanswered.

Felt confident with the doctor. My husband was apprehensive about the visit but doctor and his nurse made the experince easier. But, problem now getting an appointment for a second visit.
