I usually see the NP when I go for appointments and when necessary, Dr. Saeed performs my procedures. I have never been disappointed. I haven't had any problems with billing and have even been able to make payment arrangements when necessary. Very nice staff from entry to scheduling. I have been a patient for many years.
The NP did not listen to my complaints, she misunderstood 1 thing I said & jumped to conclusions sent me for expensive testing which all came back normal as I told her it would, she diagnosed me with a phantom pregnancy & refused to look any further. Then attempting to pay them was impossible. I sent 3 checks none of which were received according to them, they never documented that I called to check on these. I sent cc payment & was called saying i was in collections & they refuse my payment.
