My oldest son has special needs and has been going to Dr. Farrow since he was 4 yrs old; he is now 13yrs. We have always had wonderful experiences. The staff are always so thoughtful and patient with him. They remember his likes/dislikes and do a great job accommodating him! My husband has even said, " I wish I could see Dr.Farrow!" If you choose Farrow Pediatric Dentistry you won't regret it!

Worst experience I've ever had with a Pediatric Dentist. The staff completely FAILED us as new patients and without authorization gave my daughter fluoride. To top it off almost 4 months later they send me a bill for $70.40 AFTER I had already paid in the office!!! According to them I've been hiding from their letters! Incompetent would be a kind description of what goes on in that office. And the bill came without ONE description of the date/services they are charging for. They just want MONEY!
