Hands down the worst experience I've ever had trying negotiate a lease takeover. Tried to raise rents by 3% annually, had other very unreasonable terms and communication was untimely and disrespectful. Offered CAMs and NNN on a bar at 42% of rents and wouldn't negotiate them down. Keep far far away from doing business with this company for any reason.
