I just took my travel trailer in on a Saturday morning with no appointment as I’m just traveling through town today. I took it to Bisti Badlands on rough dirt roads and did messed up all sorts of things. In less than an hour Danny fixed my slide out, all my sliding drawers, stove burner, A/C, refrigerator, toilet paper holder, cabinet door, showed me how to use my heater (I didn’t know, never had to before) and hardly charged me anything. We needed to get our wheel bearings repacked and were new to the Farmington area so searched for various options. We noticed that other places had little space for RV drop off (looking via google satellite view or driving by) and then stopped in at Farmington RV as it looked promising. We were happy to see there was a nice entrance and exit and Dan explained where to unhitch the camper so he could move it with their "forklift hitch" (a common way to move a camper in a lot). Camping world Farmington, will do or say anything for a sale anything they say get it in writing. When I bought my camper 3 years ago I was told they had a mobile service as the camper was new and still under warranty I'd just need to pay for the mobile portion right away I had problems had a leaking bathroom sink the cabinet where the trash sits broke, the strike plate for the door was off. We took our RV into Farmington RV Sales to have our slide looked at for repair. Lee the service manager was very nice and took his time with us. After they were able to check out our problem it was found that it was a major one and that they weren’t able to fix it at their shop. Lee called us and explained the issue and was very apologetic. We understood and were very appreciative of his honesty. Would definitely recommend this business!
