Great communications, great support staff they but didnt fix my issue after spending 3k on repairs. Now I have to go back and spend 2k more on a car with a KBB of 17k. I am disappointed. A 7 year old minivan should be easier to fix, its only ever been to dealerships for maintenance and is 10k miles past the warranty. It's not being used off road, so I assume the maintenance was lacking.
Great experience and knowledgeable about the vehicle MO at sales.
