They have been the property management company for Edgewater Homeowner's Association since 2014. I was elected to the my Board in April 2022. In my brief time on the board I discovered this company was having a board member who was not a signer on our account sign checks, they failed to remove a former Board member who sold their property in June 2019 off our bank account, they failed to remove a board member who sold their unit in May 2021 off our account.
