I highly recommend Farris Property Management. We have used their services for our Fort Lauderdale waterfront building for over 10 years. They have consistently been reliable, are knowledgeable and are highly organized. Kip and Chris are an invaluable asset to our operations and are extremely affordable- they are outstanding!

I have been working with Kip and Chris, the owners of Farris Property Management Company, for a numbers of years, first as a buyer of a unit in the condominium they manage, then as a tenant occupant and finally as a Board member of the condominium association. I can say without reservation Kip and Chris are knowledgeable, pragmatic and a pleasure to work with. Their response time is excellent as well. Any condominium association would be lucky to have them as managing agent.
