Took my 2016 Journey in for my first oil change today. Keelan was very friendly and very helpful, he answered all my questions. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Farris Motors.
Recommends unneeded services. I Have the service manager on recording stating mechanic recommends every 30k miles regardless if needed (I'd just had done 6 months prior- because it was recommended) I said its only been 10K miles and he says yeah service should have caught that. Go somewhere honorable!!
Needed a new car within the week and Eric got it done same day. He was a pleasure to work with.
