Owner is a man of high character. Him and team repaired my vehicle to look better than when I got it. With other shops with 6 month wait times I was so glad I went with Farris.
This man is a genius when it comes to auto body work. He's the only one I would let work on my car.
I was very happy with everything about my experience. I was dealing with a insurance company that was giving me the run around. Farris Auto made sure to keep me updated on the repairs even sent me updated pictures of Stormy (that's my car's name). Everything was fixed and the customer service was like no other. I literally left in tears because I was so happy after all the nonsense I went through to have my car back and in even better condition than she was before the accident. Thank you so much for your help.
