The process of getting a quote for a newly purchased golf cart was outrageous! weeks after back and forth emails/phone calls to get them to understand that this was and is an electric golf cart (not a car) they still could not get it done. In 5 minutes, with another company I was able to get my coverage. Get a clue! We are not all the "same" and people have different types of vehicles that need insurance. BTW I have even a customer with this agency for OVER 25 YEARS!!!
