We had a new furnace installed today, great service as always, guys were courteous and thorough.
Just spoke with Nancy regarding furnace broken at mom’s house. Plus: she called back quickly. However, she seemed like she did not want to come do the job. Kept telling me it would cost extra and be overtime pay since it’s a weekend. I explained how the unit sparked and tripped our breaker so would prefer it be looked at today as afraid of fire hazard. These guys are really professional, prompt and neat in their work.
We could not be more impressed with the work done by Farrell’s. Everyone we interacted with was more than kind and went above and behind.
What to expect for the bill: They will charge triple then what they quoted. They will say that two people came out, when only one did. They will not have the right part and have to leave and come back and that will also be counted for labor. Then when calling to question them, the owner will yell at you, and ask for you to never call them again. That is what you will expect after they fix anything in your house. Would not be using them again.
