Nancy came into my work and fixed our commercial ac unit! She was so polite and professional, and she had it working in no time! It took a couple hours for the store to cool back down but that’s expected as it was 100 degrees that day! Definitely recommend!
Great company
I bought a house last year and had heating and cooling installed. Not only was it more cost effective than others in the area, but they worked with me to find a layout that wouldn’t damage the original woodwork in my home. They took into consideration that we may renovate areas of the house, and set it up so that it would be an easy conversion with the duct work. They were all so nice and respectful, and took the time to explain everything to me! I highly recommend!
We had a new furnace installed today, great service as always, guys were courteous and thorough.
Just spoke with Nancy regarding furnace broken at mom’s house. Plus: she called back quickly. However, she seemed like she did not want to come do the job. Kept telling me it would cost extra and be overtime pay since it’s a weekend. I explained how the unit sparked and tripped our breaker so would prefer it be looked at today as afraid of fire hazard. She said if breaker tripped it’s off so no fire hazard. But still, I was concerned. Also, temps are gonna be below zero windchill the next few days and pipes freezing etc. Nan... read more
