Karri is a rock star!....love her energy. When I do her classes I'm always sweating hard which tells me I got a great workout. Shes the 1 to see..,.thx Karri!
Farrells is a great place to work out! The managers and owners at this location are very understanding and very helpful. But… most of the instructors at this location do not pay much attention to the students/attendees.. you will not be greeted by them nor do they look happy to be there..they really don’t care to get to know students/attendees…they will instruct you to do the workouts as if youve done them before and you should already know how..The amount of times I have seen other attendees step in to help/teach or show ne... read more
I absolutely LOVE this gym. Thankful for the recommendation from some friends to try it out. I've pushed myself more in the past few weeks than I have in a long time. Always an intense workout that leaves you feeling accomplished and your body composition continuously changing. Excited to see the 10 week change. Definitely recommend!
