I have been at Farrell's over a year and it was a great decision. Putting a plan in place with both my diet and exercise has been incredible. Not only have I seen changes in the way I look and feel but I was able to quit the blood pressure medicine I had been on for several years. If you want to look and feel better, Farrell's is a great place to help you accomplish that.

My FXB journey began in 2011... and it is a journey and an investment that mentally and physically pays me back every time I walk through the door. Its about healthy... not skinny for me. Its about stress relief and heart health. Its about keeping up with my 4 kids and my daily to do lists. I don't do pills and fad diets. I do FXB and they are my fitness family! Cant imagine taking care of my life without the FXB program.
Very few fitness related products deliver. Fxb is one of them! Like anything you get out what you put in, but if you follow their plan you will drop weight and feel better!
