The new roof was installed 4 years ago.We noticed problems when the flat roof began leaking we called immediately Farrell sent his men to vacuum the water and resealed it...however it caused damage under the flat roof on the wooden ceiling on our lanai and had lots of mold. The workers took pictures and told us to call Steve Farrell to see if it was covered under our policy with his company. That was over a month and a half ago, 5 calls later and no call from Steve! No doubt they would have done a great job if I decided to go with Farrell, however, honesty is everything and when Dustin came out to give me a quote I knew something wasn’t right. He over measured the size of the roof to charge me extra grand at least... who knows what happens with extra material leftover?? I bet it doesn’t end up back to the customer with a refund, but into the pockets of these crooks. Don’t trust their measurements!
